I am Delvin De Promoter, an American disc jockey, rapper, and club promoter/host born in the U.S. Virgin Islands, I started my musical career in 1994 DJing house parties with B.W.B (Boys with bass). Then started hosting club events and underground radio in the early 2000s with New Money Entertainment and BRING-EM-OUT Entertainment.
